Event Halls
We are proud to offer two large rooms for your event of any kind! From a surprise birthday party, to a good ol’ fashioned get together, we’ve got you covered, literally!!
The biggest of our rooms is called the Beauchamp Room, pronounced “beachum”. It has plenty of space for your larger parties!
The smaller of the two rooms is called the Dupuy Room, pronounced “dewpwee”. It has enough room for your medium to small parties. Plus, it has a nice bar for your beer or wine!

Hey Amy and suzette,it’s Tracy DeBacker wondering if we can have white wood chairs for shower 3/25 we are so excited! I also love the drinks on the suit case. You had mentioned the antique buffet for dessert. We are gonna bring cake on pedestal for there also. Then one long for gifts and sign in kinda behind the door. I know it’s gonna be beautiful due all the creative pictures I saw. Are guests coming through outside door or through veranda and big room? Would love to put sign out if possible I have sandwich board.Have a great Sunday! 6 days yay!!

We will use the white wooden chairs.
Your guests can come through the front entrance into your room or through main gate through the passenger shed and into your space. LMK which u would like. Yes you can put a sign out front. I will pass these details on to Suz. I will be out of town this weekend so she will be your contact.

Hello,
My name is Nicole Davis and I am the choir teacher at TCCHS. I am need of a place to host our Voice Recital on April 27th.
We would need the area of small to medium size beginning at 5pm. The event would officially start at 7 and be over by 8. We would then complete clean up by 9pm.
We are preferably looking for a room with a piano or with enough room for us to bring a high quality piano.

We have two rooms. Both rooms comes with tables, chairs and standard white linens.
The Dupuy Room seats 30- 35 and is 250.00. The room comes with the patio off the back.
The Beauchamp Room seats 70 and it is 400.00. That comes with the patio as well. Both rooms are 600.00. The larger room has plenty of room for a piano.
We require 50% of the room rental to reserve the space.

Trying to decide on a location for a surprise 30th birthday party in late July or early August. Would be about 20-30 people. What would be the rental rates for this? And is the beer and wine served from the restaurant or do we need to provide our own? Thanks!
